SHIPPING & RETURNS
We know you always need your favorite fragrance! For this reason we ship our products worldwide (postal boxes excluded). We delivers through TNT/Fedex International Service.
We do our best to handle your order as soon as possible and to ship your order within one business day. You will receive your order in 2-7 business days, depending of delivery times from Italy to your country.
An email will inform you when TNT/Fedex has picked up your products. At that moment, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow the delivery live.
If the products are delivered when you are not at the indicated address, you will be able to reprogram a delivery or recover your order at the nearest TNT/Fedex Point.
There will be no order delivered if payment is not complete.
Shipping costs are to be added to the total price of the order.
Shipping costs will be determined from a chart taking into account the country of destination and the total amount of the order.
To give you an idea:
Italy (island included): € 7.00 / FREE of charge for orders of € 75.00 or more
Europe / USA / Canada: € 12.00 - 19.00 / FREE of charge for orders of € 75.00 or more
Rest of the world: € 21.00 - 45.00 / FREE of charge for orders of € 110.00 or more
For specific policies for your delivery address and for promotions, please check your cart at the check-out, it always present the correct amount for delivery.
1.2 Receiving the products
At the moment of delivery, you need to verify the state and conformity of your order, in the presence of the transporter. If need be, he must emit his complaints about the apparent defects (missing or damaged products).
For any other reason that the Customer’s right to retract (such as damaged non-corresponding goods), you are invited to contact our Client Services (email@example.com), who will give you the necessary information to satisfy your demand, if possible.
Without a valid reason, any reclamation formulated after this 14 day limit will be not be treated.
2. Returns & Refunds
At Conte Lumelli we hope that you will be fully satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund on all goods purchased directly from our online store, returned to us within 14 days of your reception of goods, provided they are in their original and unused condition accompanied by the original invoice.
Please follow the 4 steps outlined below to return your goods:

In your refund request you must provide all the details of your customer order, including invoice number and date, which are provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Please pack the unopened and unused goods that you wish to return in the same outer packaging in which you received them, making sure that they are securely packed in order to avoid damage during transport. Please note that we will not refund damaged goods and/or goods that have been opened, used or in other ways tampered with.
3. Please return your package by recorded delivery, retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. We strongly suggest that you use a courier service to return the goods and that you insure the package against theft, loss or damage, since we will not be responsible for theft, loss or damage that may occur during return of the goods. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense and will not be refunded.
4. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund request has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund to be processed. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Conte Lumelli as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that return delivery charges are not refunded.
